What if one of the products is out of stock?
If you encounter any difficulties adding a certain quantity to your basket or find that an item you desire is marked as out of stock, please do not hesitate to contact us. It's highly likely that we either have more in stock or are expecting additional stock soon.
Can I receive any samples?
We are delighted to offer up to 5 samples per request, with each sample priced at £3.00 plus postage. Each sample piece measures 10cm by 134cm, which is the full width of the fabric.
To request samples, please reach out to us with your sample selections and we will promptly email you an invoice for payment. Once payment is received, we will prepare and dispatch your samples to you.

Wondering about the benefits of opening a House of Mirabelle account? While it's not necessary to open an account to make a purchase, there are numerous advantages of doing so.
With a House of Mirabelle account, you gain access to your order history, allowing you to track your purchases effortlessly. Additionally, you can easily manage and update your personal details, initiate refunds when needed and stay informed about new arrivals, sales and special promotions.
However, if you prefer, you can always choose to check out as a guest. We aim to provide flexibility to suit your preferences and ensure a seamless shopping experience.

When ordering different size fabric
When you order different sizes of the same fabric, they will be precisely cut to the dimensions you have chosen. However, if you order more than 1 meter of the same fabric, it will be provided as one continuous piece.
For instance, if you order 5 lots of 50x66cm fabric, you will receive 5 individual cut pieces. Alternatively, if you order 5 lots of 100x134cm fabric, it will come as one single piece of fabric unless you specify otherwise.

Can I add to an order that has already been placed?
Regretfully, once postage costs have been paid for, we are unable to combine them with subsequent orders. We recommend against rushing to place your order, as our platform features a continuous shopping cart. This means that any items you have added to your basket will be saved for your next visit, allowing you to conveniently add to your order when you log in again.
Payment methods
We offer a secure online payment process that accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express credit cards and Maestro. Our payments are securely processed through PayPal, ensuring a safe and reliable transaction experience.
If you already have a PayPal account, you can benefit from a quicker check out process. However, please note that creating a PayPal account is optional. Simply proceed with your payment as a guest if you prefer.

Returns
If you wish to return any item from your order, regardless of the reason, you may do so within 14 days of receiving it, provided it is returned in its original condition.
Regretfully hand made bespoke items are non refundable.

Upon receiving the returned item, we will issue a full refund to the card used for the purchase. Refunds are typically processed within a few days of receiving the returned item. Please note that only the value of the item will be refunded; postage costs will not be included in the refund.

Delivery section
We typically process your order within 48 hours (business days) of receiving your payment. This ensures that your order is prepared and ready for dispatch in a timely manner.
Fabric Orders
Orders are typically posted by Royal Mail and are usually dispatched within 1-2 working days.
Gift & Accessory Orders
Orders are typically posted by Royal Mail and are usually dispatched within 2-3 weeks as they are hand made to order.
Combined Fabric and Gifts & Accessories orders
Please be aware if you order fabric(s) with a gift or accessory these will be dispatched together within 2-3 weeks.
If you require your fabric(s) before your gift or accessory you will need to make 2 separate orders.
Orders are posted Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.
